Accommodation

The Local Organizing Committee will arrange the accommodation at the NYC only for the ICRA XIV participants registered by March 30, 2010.

We reserve 140 rooms of the NYC for the foreign participants of ICRA XIV, which will be offered according to the registration order. All reserved rooms are single rooms with own bath and air-conditioner. In case, after April 30, 2010, some rooms will remain free, they will be offered to Japanese participants of ICRA XIV. Assignment of rooms to Japanese participants will be informed by e-mail by the middle of May, 2010.

Participants requiring vegetarian meals, please inform us of this by e-mail.

Room charge at ordinary hotels in downtown Shinjuku is about 10,000 yen or above per night for a single room without breakfast. For any information about hotels in Shinjuku, please contact "icra14cc.tuat.ac.jp".

Internet Service
Internet service in the NYC is available for 500 yen per day.
Please bring your own PC if you are interested in using the Internet service.

The following facilities at Atheletic Building are available with moderate use fees.
